| For HP products no longer under warranty we have two programs available to help you
control maintenance expenses and preserve the value of your investment in
printers. |

Printer-PMA
plus is a twist on a standard
maintenance agreement. We begin by cleaning and inspecting the printer, and
then give you a written report on the printer condition and any
recommendations. Once the printer is in good working order we agree to
maintain the printer for 12 months for a flat fee, all parts and unlimited onsite labor included. Toner, is not included; however we
do include fuser assemblies & maintenance kits (assuming it is in good
condition upon initial inspection).

Tech-On-Call provides on-site
repair for all printers.
|
|
|
If you
need on-site repair or general service on your printer give us a call. It
is not always possible to give you the exact labor & parts cost to affect
the repair. We can however, give a good professional opinion of what the
total repair will cost. Please be advised that we do not charge travel time,
however it is necessary to charge a modest mileage rate. For
additional saving it would be wish to consider purchasing a
preventive maintenance agreement after the repair are completed on your
printer... |

Maintenance Agreement |

We are trained technicians to repair HP
DesignJet Plotter printers. We provide fast on-site response in Indiana,
Kentucky, Ohio Tennessee. |

Maintenance Support Agreement |
|
|
|
An annual Maintenance Support Agreement governs the servicing of
equipment to ensure it is maintained according to manufacturer's
operating standards. |
|
|
|
We
lock you in your price for 3-years. The maintenance agreement is for one
year. Some companies will bid the contract low and then the next year
increase the price 10-15 %. Our prices will stay the same for 3-years. Some
companies also exclude maintenance kits and other parts and don't tell you
until after you have signed the agreement. Our agreements include all parts
and labor. |
